Come see Tom and other candidates in the final debate/forum of the election season. October 27, 7pm at Eagle View Elementary in Elko New Market.
Tom’s campaign is thrilled to announce endorsements from Minnesota Nurse’s Association, Sierra Club, and Education Minnesota. Like these organizations, Tom wants to protect the hardworking middle class and the future our children.
Our first fundraiser was a terrific success. We are thankful that so many people were able to attend. Visit our photo page for pictures of the event.
We just met our first ActBlue fundraising goal (which is all online donations). A huge thanks to everyone who has donated. Money does not buy elections (fortunately), but without money you can’t get your message out and reach voters. We’ve set a new goal, and we will keep rolling!
Tom has just started a blog on Daily Kos. To learn more about who Tom is and why he is running (in his own voice) and also to see more perspectives about what impacts voters in our district, please follow him on Kos. Progressive State Candidate
In even more exciting news, Tom received the DFL’s endorsement last night. We’re thrilled to be working such an amazing team of volunteers that the DFL has to offer.
We had a great weekend. Tom marched in the Elko Fire Rescue Days Parade with fellow DFL members and State Senator Kevin Dahle. It was a great opportunity to get out and shake hands with people in the district. Check out our photo gallery for a few new pictures.
We’re so excited to be starting our first political campaign. Tom Lofgren is a new candidate with fresh ideas. He would love to hear from people in the district or anyone interested in the campaign to discuss issues.
If you wish to contact the campaign to volunteer, please use our contact form.
We now have a way to donate from the website. Just click on the “Contribute” ActBlue link on the right (or below if you’re using a mobile device). Note that the thermometer does not update right away; we’re looking into why.
